The subsidiary of Ingentec Corporation, formerly known as Electronic Solutions Technology Taiwan Ltd., has completed its corporate name change registration in alignment with operational development and group overall brand strategy. Effective immediately, the company has been renamed INGEST Corporation. In addition, the company’s Tax Identification Number has been changed to 62241068.

This change pertains solely to the company name and Tax ID. The existing organizational structure, business operations, rights and obligations, and external partnerships remain unchanged. All business activities continue as normal.

Ingentec Corporation and its subsidiary will continue to uphold professionalism and service excellence, further strengthen industry positioning, and create greater value for customers and partners.
