Ingentec's Transvivi Pixel® μLED display integrates a consistent manufacturing process, from metal substrates, light-emitting layer lamination, die cutting, pixel packaging, and display assembly. In the past, many large-size μLED displays lacked detailed image quality, and there weren't sufficient products on the market to meet the demands of high-end customers. Therefore, Ingentec's 110-inch large-size μLED display, launched in March 2024, has been well-received by clients, including publicly listed companies, luxury home designers, large sports venues, large-scale performance venues, star-rated hotels, and stylish restaurants, etc.
Transvivi's large-size μLED displays feature high resolution, high image quality, wide viewing angles, and low energy consumption. For using in conference rooms, they offer superior clarity and energy efficiency compared to traditional projectors.
The liftable, foldable, and portable design, protected by a flight case, allows for quick installation and convenient transportation, effectively resolving the long working hours, inconvenient, and high labor costs associated with current video wall installations and enhancing customer convenience.

Product Description
TransVivi Pixel® utilizes Ingentec's patented thin-film bonding package, employing composite metal material and wire-free bonding technology for a transparent RGB package. This package offers the advantages of low cost, high color contrast, high reliability, and low power consumption.
Transvivi's large-scale μLED display utilizes a 27-inch 16:9 cabinet spliced display. Its die-cast aluminum cabinet enhances heat dissipation, ensuring an μLED lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. The power supply and hub board are PCB-connected for enhanced system stability. The front μLED module is magnetically attached to the circuit board and it was replaced under power supplying , allowing for convenient, front-end replacement and maintenance without disrupting operation.
Transvivi μLED displays in sizes 110, 136, and 163 inches offer traditional wall-mounting options, as well as floor-standing brackets, and lift-and-fold mechanisms with a flight case protection to meet the needs of a wide range of clients and exhibition halls for rapid installation and convenient transportation.

In addition to replacing projectors in conference rooms, the high-resolution large-scale μLED displays, it can also be used as primary visual display in various control areas such as security monitoring , video conferencing, broadcasting, wedding banquets, and five-star hotels.
The specific 136-inch large screen is particularly suitable for use in engineering meetings involving precise circuit design and complex residential architectural drawings. Its excellent resolution provides clear circuit drawings, thereby significantly improving meeting efficiency.
The spliced cabinets can be customized to suit various venues, meeting the needs of large-scale sports venues, performance venues, and even theme restaurants. The unique lift-and-fold movable bracket allows for diverse exhibition hall applications. Protected by an outer flight case, it offers quick setup and easy transport, allowing for flexible use in various exhibition halls and events, significantly reducing procurement costs and budgetary constraints.
By adding an infrared touch device, it can be used as a touch screen, meeting the teaching needs of schools and cram schools, also suitable for use in conference room presentations.
Collaborating with strategic partners can jointly launch a new cloud-based advertising model, using IOT big data to conduct targeted advertising, allowing customers to choose the best time and most suitable location for advertising.
